If you like Mojitos, you might like this one.
4 sprigs fresh mint
Juice of 2 med limes
4 TBSP splenda
1/4 tsp rum extract (optional)
12 oz lime perrier
Crushed ice
Cut up in the sprigs of mint in the bottom of a cocktail shaker with kitchen shears. Squeeze the lime juice into the shaker. Add the splenda, rum extract, perrier, and ice (to taste). Shake in the shaker until well mixed (Be careful, becuase the carbonation in the water will make it want to explode, especially when you open it). Enjoy!
