Question Nsv?
I'm new to the site and have no idea what NSV means.
Can someone enlighten me and also let me know if there are any other common acronyms i should know.

NSV stands for non-scale victory. It can be any sort of acheivement related to weight loss or living a healthier life-style that isn't measured by the scale (fitting into a smaller size, an unexpected compliment, meeting an exercise goal, etc.)
