Thumbs up reached my first Medifast goal!
Just wanted to share, because i'm so proud... for once.

I started Medifast with the hopes of losing 20 pounds this month.

well...I just finished my first month and lost 22 pounds!
I'm going to be starting month 2 tomorrow.

4 more pounds and I'm out of the 200's for the first time in....wow... 5 years!

The best part is, I haven't had this much energy or felt this great in a long time.

That's great! This is just the kind of info I need to get started! I've been debating on whether to use Medifast or not. It's kinda pricey, but I really need to lose about 70-75 lbs... If I could lose 20 lbs a month or more...I'll just be on it for about 3 or 4 months! That's not too bad! I wanna be thin again, and enjoy life! Keep up the good work, and stay motivated! Hopefully, I'll be sharing such a great success story with you all next month!

Way to go!!! I'm not sure what Medifast is but please be careful losing weight that fast. As your body weight decreases, 20 lbs a month will be extreme percentage wise. Does this program teach healthy eating habits for when the weight is gone? I'm not trying to be a downer, I just have been through the quick weight loss before and suffered health issues before. My hair started falling out years ago when I lost 70 pounds in 3 months. If this works for you, thats great....but please be careful!!!!
