Holy cow, you are amazing! I don’t see how you could hit any plateaus losing 40 lbs in just over 3 months. Heck, I’ve been on this plateau for the last three months. Good for you. Any secrets you want to share?

LOL, secrets.....nope. I just don't eat fast food anymore, except the occasional cheat of a McD's ice cream cone. I gave up sugar, I don't eat white bread or large amounts of pasta, we grill most of our meats and vegetables and I eat watermelon everyday!!! This week I have started working for the first time in 5 years and I find that even the snack machines no longer appeal to me. Now thats a real big change!!
