Default Beat the plateau!!!

So I was stuck at the same weight (well, jumping between 2 pounds) for three months straight... but I've finally started losing again!!! I will take personal responsibility for one of those months (finals stress and 2 vacations) but the rest of the time my weight was just plain stuck. Now I've started losing at long last and am down 45 pounds from last August!

That's fantastic - and good for you for sticking with it! I know that sometimes I get so frustrated when I plateau, and I almost feel like giving up because all my hard work seems like it's for nothing, but you persevered and it's payed off - congrats!

YaY!
The scales haven't budged for me in the last month and I too take full responsibility for it (bad food choices & not enough exercise) ...
*but* it's a new month and that means a fresh start ... so here's to more weight being shed ... for the both of us!

Congrats again!

Guess I was being a little stingy above ... Here's to more weight going bye-bye for everyone! heheh
