Default lovely scale victory

I weighed this morning and am down 1 pound. Only 2 lbs. to goal now. These last 15 lbs. have been incredibly slow, so I am tickled when I see any loss. I was at 150 for 4 weeks and 148 for at least 3 weeks. My eating is totally on program and I am exercising tons.

That is great!!! Those last few pounds are the hardest, at least that's what I've heard. I know that when I lost weight before I had a heck of a time getting below 170, I know that if I had stuck with it I would've eventually but I got frustrated and stayed at around 170 to 175 forever and then eventually began the upward climb again!! Grats on the 1 pound loss and being only 2 pounds to goal!!!

Ooooooo. Scale victory. Nice going. Also, congrats on the weight loss to date. Two pounds to goal, that's awesome.

Thanks girls, it has been really rough here towards my goal weight. I am still trying just as hard as when I started. I determined to see it through no matter how long it takes.
