I can't believe it: I'm half-way there!
Here we are, just 18 weeks into my journey to get FIT and HEALTHY, and I've lost a total of 25 pounds! I started out at 180 (more or less) pounds, and as of yesterday I weighed in at 154.7 pounds. I just can't believe it.
I've never been so sure in my life that I could really make it to my goal weight, but I have no doubt. No doubt whatsoever. I could never go back to where I was before, I feel too awesome now! I'm in the best shape of my life. My body actually has DEFINITION instead of just being a blob. My breasts have perked up, my butt doesn't sag, and my arms are tightening up. That pesky back fat is disappearing as well! And my biggest problem areas, my thighs, are actually to the point where you can feel the muscle... under a bit of fat :P
I'm on cloud 9. I just can't believe it.
