I decided to calculate my losses and see what they turned out to be.

At my starting weight of 265, I had a BMI of 44.1

After losing 76 pounds, at 189 my BMI is 31.4

SO - I lost 76 pounds, dropped by BMI by 12.7 points AND lost 29% of my original body weight

And to top it all off, I'm only 10 pounds away from an overweight BMI (179) - I'm almost not obese anymore
