Default finally went down a size!
I went shopping today and everything I bought was ONE SIZE SMALLER

I've been struggling lately with the eating program lately, so that was a great motivation to get my head back to the right place.

I walked and took the subway to the store and back (involves several flights of stairs), I could definitely tell a big difference in my fitness level going up and down those stairs too. I'm so glad I joined that gym.
