Default This months total loss. Yay!!!
Hey ya'll. I measured and weighed myself again. Over the past month I have lost 22 pounds! Now as for the measurements I think I measured wrong the first time I did it at the beginning of June because I calculated my loss and it totals 35 inches lost off my entire body! Maybe it is correct, i'm feeling a lot better and have especially lost weight around my chest area. I can tell I've lost some inches but i don't know about that 35 inches. Here's the list of my total losses::::


arms: 1 in
bust: 14 in
stomach: 2 in
waist: 10 in
hips: 4 in
thighs: 2 in
calves: 1 in
ankles: 1 in
wrist: 0

Total::: 35 inches

My first goal is 300 which I can totally do this year maybe more. I'm at 338 now. After reaching 300 my next goal is 250 then a final at 180. I may make it 150 not for sure yet.

I have so much hope for the future. "i'm going to get there, I'm really going to get there." Those words keep going through my head. I know for sure that I will successed. I can just jump for joy right now. lol. I have never been under 200 pounds, but I have so much faith and hope. I mean I'M REALLY GOING TO GET TO 180!!!!!!!!

You're doing so great! And yes, you really can reach your goal - your positive attitude is just what I needed to get me out of my "moping about feeling gross and fat" mood - thanks! 35 inches is amazing - way to go!
