So I'm 45 years old now and I made it my goal to be FIT if not skinny. I have tried my whole life to attain the skinny girl look and have only had it once in my life dealing with bulimia.

So my FOCUS is to work out EVERY DAY. I don't do long stints but 5-15 min at a time.

i used to dread the workouts but now i find myself rearranging my day to get them in or being happy when I have the house to myself to workout or being with my mom and working out.

I have progressed from 2-3 times a week to 5-7 times a week.

Nice!!! It's good that you take care of your body and try to be in good shape. I'm also trying to get in shape now and then maintain it. I also contacted uqora customer service to order vitamins such as fish oil, omega 3 and vitamin B. I finally realized that health is the most important thing in our lives, so I've been training and eating right for about two weeks now
