Default From 250lbs to 199lbs in six months!

My journey started at 285 lbs in 2017, and between January 2018 and May 2019, I lost 35 lbs... Then I decided I had had enough. With the amount of weight I needed to lose, what I was doing wasn't going to cut it.

Six months of regular cardio, intermittent fasting, counting calories, and Keto (light) later, I've lost 50 lbs! More notably, my blood pressure is normal and I'm no longer pre-diabetic or pre-hypertensive!!

I hate that there's still a long road ahead, but having such a supportive community has had a huge impact on my journey, and continues to be a significant source of motivation for me! So thank you to anyone who's ever offered advice, said a kind word, or was brave enough to share their story

I don't have photos at my heaviest (because I deleted so many out of shame) nor do I have a recent photo of myself (that isn't a selfie with my son lol). So here is me mid-May 2019 and early October 2019 For the last 3 days, I've weighed in at 199.0 lbs.
