Six months of regular cardio, intermittent fasting, counting calories, and Keto (light) later, I've lost 50 lbs! More notably, my blood pressure is normal and I'm no longer pre-diabetic or pre-hypertensive!!
I hate that there's still a long road ahead, but having such a supportive community has had a huge impact on my journey, and continues to be a significant source of motivation for me! So thank you to anyone who's ever offered advice, said a kind word, or was brave enough to share their story
