So My Dr. told me I had to loose 10 pounds by Oct. That was in Feb and 60 pounds ago!!!! The nurse came in to get my weight and then came back after a while and said: "Did I get your weight correctly?" I said that she did and she said that the Dr. was in for a surprise! When the Dr. came in she was surprised to see the change. By doing what I did I've reduced the chances of so many medical issues. I still have about 5 more to go and they don't seem to come off that easy but I'm still keeping up my plan. I was so happy!!!
