Default 5 kg down

Hey all,
Lets say in brief that my biggest goal is to loose 25 kg until the middle of the summer. I've started south beach diet and made myself small goals. My first goal was to loose 5kg for the first month. I've expected that for phase 1 and partly phase 2 this is reasonable mini goal. For 35 days my first goal is accomplished! 5 kg (11lbs) down! I am really happy that i've sticked to the plan for this whole time and i didnt let the longer period to make me hesitate. So from today i have new mini goal 1.5kg for 10 days. Lets hope everything works out just as good!

Just don't try to do it too quickly, you don't have a deadline to meet, go a little easier on yourself you didn't gain the weight in 6 months, no need to try to lose it that quick, you might get halfway to your goal rather easily and think I've got this solved, then hit a plateu of sorts where your body isn't cool with the idea of losing any more weight for awhile, don't fight it enjoy what you achieved. Your body is programmed to retain weight for survival purposes since caveman days

Hey all
Another "mini goal" accomplished but not for the expected time
Never the less another 2kg down but for another month.
I was in a some form of plateau for a while but i kept everything the same even had a few drinks night out (only wine of course). I was confident and now i am happy to say that overall 7kg in 2months are lost. I will keep the good toughts and continue working.

Hey all
Today is the 90 day of my diet. For overall 3 months I've lost 9.3kg. I am still motivated to reach my goal and I feel pretty good on this diet plan. I dont suffer at all from huger nor energy loss.
The last few days i decided to make few other changes in my life and now i am happy and feel ready to do so. I still believe that my main weight issue is my metabolic disorders but now i think that non-healthy work atmosphere such as one in my working place may result in bad eating habits as well. I decided to start looking for another job and either this will help my weight loss journay either it will worsen it but i need to feel good and positive to continue with my plan.
