Default Down 3 lbs!

So after 3 weeks of calorie counting, I finally got back on the scale. Technically, I should have lost about 2 lbs, but it's down 3.2 lbs!!! It's a small victory, but I think it means my plan is working and I'm 1.4lbs away from getting under 200 for the first time in almost a year. So excited!!

199.6 today, not official weigh in but first time LONG time I see a 1 instead of 2 as in 200s!! Wahoo!! I hung out in the upper 190's almost a year ago but then lost motivation and ballooned up to 213. Just gotta stay on track this time, continue daily calorie counting and holding myself accountable.
