Do you see the difference in my pics?

I have been dieting and walking (for the most part).

In picture #2 your face definitely looks thinner. It's hard to tell with the clothing, but also your forearms/wrists look thinner in pic#2.

Keep up the good work!
Quick tips to sustain your dieting and exercising without getting bored:
1- Don't miss your cheat meal per week.
2- You might try to change your walking pace and place every now and then.
3- Listen to music while walking. (It does make a difference!)
& finally, just keep awesome!
