Default 68 lbs. down with pics!!
I started 9 months ago and have lost 68 lbs. My starting weight was 256 and currently I am 187.2!

This picture was taken a couple months before I started, so I am not sure what my weight was, but I would guess I was in the high 240's.





and here are a couple current pics:





I have 50 lbs. to go until goal. I am hoping to make it before next summer!!

Your start weight is very close to min3. I'm 4 months in, 40 pounds down, and 40 more to go.
