Hi all thought I'd share my story

About 5 years ago when my little girl started school I discovered this web site I lost about 10 kg then forgot to post stopped tracking any way four years later at my heaviest back to 300+ and feeling poop I discovered weight watchers and re-found here so- with a combo of ww this site really helped me I still have 15 kg to healthy weight

But if you eat well with plenty of fresh fruit and veg lower carbs ( not eliminate them) and eat good healthy amounts of protein with low fat (keep some good fats)indies and work
