Hi everyone! Just signed up today...I am on the constant battle to be healthier and a little thinner. My first mini goal is to get down under 180 lbs. I have 11 lbs off but that scale just hasn't moved for a few weeks! My biggest hurdle is getting my water in so I'm really pushing myself this week to Drink,Drink,Drink!!! I'm looking forward to encouragement I see here on all the posts!!! Thanks ladies!
