Default 50 lbs down

As of this week I've officially lost 50 lbs (technically 52 lbs) since March 1st! I want to lose another 60lbs, so I'm also almost to my half way point!

Bravo Melanie, well done. You must have worked real hard to lose 50 lbs in 3 months. How did you do it?

Thanks!! I limit the amount of carbs I eat, I eat a lot of lean protein and veggies, I cut out sweets (except for chocolate maybe once a week). I practice portion control and track all my food, I eat around 1500 calories a day. Lots of water, 30 mins of excise 5 days a week. It works for me, I very rarely have cravings, I'm satisfied with the amount of food I get each day, I feel like its a lifestyle I can keep for long term.

Great job Melanie! How it is today?

How many times a day you eat?

Did you loose all that you have planned until now?

That is fantastic! Now my best advice to you would be to take a month and eat at a maintenance level of calories so that your body doesn't stop loosing fat all together and plateau. I want to see you succeeds and I KNOW YOU CAN DO THIS. If you need any help at all or any advice let me or anyone in the community know were are all here for you.
