I did HORRIBLE meeting my weekend goals; just accomplished 1 out of 3 (did my walking, but ate bread and had some wine).
Couple of my friends wanted to meet up for happy hour yesterday after work and I decided to do the no alcohol goal again. I had a really long work day so unwinding was in the books but....as my friends sipped on a couple of cocktails I hydrated myself with lemon ice water. Goal crushed! Saved myself a few hundred empty calories and also had a protein-style burger w/no cheese and no mayo so that was a bonus thumbs up for myself
