Smile Finally! Met mini-goal 1 after some challenges

My first mini goal was to reach 250 lbs. I've been at 251 forever (okay, not forever, but over a week and it's REALLY hard to be so close and then have your weight loss slow down). Part of it is because my water got shut off by mistake and it took 2 days for the company to turn it back on. Since I couldn't wash my cookware I ended up getting some takeout that was high in sodium. I also didn't drink enough water for those two days. But I FINALLY got down to exactly 250 today and I am so excited, that's almost 25% of the loss I need to reach my goal!

Now to make 20 more posts so I can start using my dang ticker! -_-

It's really funny because I joined this forum specifically so I could show off my ticker. My fiance is on a boat for 6 months and I don't have any friends or family in this state (only friends just moved ) so I think it would be fun to minimize my posts about any success I'm having and just have a big reveal when I get to my goal.

But dang it it's fun to watch my little ticker guy get closer to the goal and I hate keeping it to myself lol

Congratulations! I really think mini-goals are the way to go to keep motivated and not freaked out by the overall number. Keep responding to posts, it will get your number up quickly.

I woke up this morning and have officially passed the weight where I've consistently plateaued. Only 5 more lbs til I'm the lowest I've been since I was 16!

Booyah! Haven't been on the forums long enough for a signature but I can post images now so I get to show off my ticker.
