6 Weeks and No Weight Loss
 
What is your daily water intake? What time do you normally start eating in the morning and how many meals do you eat per day? I would say that you could either eat smaller portions, but eat every two hours during a 6-8 timeframe, or increase your water intake if it's low and see if you find a difference.
