3 Goals Scale and Physical

  • So I have 3 goals that I hope to accomplish:

    Scale Goal
    1) Get to 299
    2) Get to 283 (lowest weight since 2013)
    3) Get to 260 (lowest weight since 2008)

    Physical Goal
    1) Walking an 18 min mile
    2) Run/Walk a mile in 15 min
    3) Walk 3.1 in 55 min or less
