Default Weird NSV - bony elbows and knees
I'm down to around 185 lb, and am noticing my elbow bones are digging into the table when I sit down, and also my inner knee bones are sticking out when I try to sleep! There must have been some cushioning there before...

Other bony bits - my upper chest/collarbone area......

Nice! I know it can get uncomfortable at first, but it is just so great we tend to ignore the discomfort, and you will adjust quickly.

Hi
I went put dancing two weeks ago. And saw myself in a mirror. I was so surprised to see my collarbones so much more than before... I have lost 20 pounda and have about 12-14 to go...
