10kg gone!

I have lost 10 kg (22lb) since Jan 1 this year, although most of it has gone over the last 3 months or so. Since May I've been doing the Autoimmune Protocol version of the Paleo diet (ultra strict), to heal my ulcerative colitis.

I've gone down a size, the joint/ muscle pain and tendonitis are gone, and my illness has gone into remission.
