I'm 32 years old. I've been halfheartedly trying to lose weight ever since I put it on - 140lbs in high school when the other girls were 110, then 150 when I met my husband, and 200lbs at our wedding! I was 215 at my peak in 2009.
I did it just straight up calorie counting, learning to eat the right amounts, and walking a lot. 20 lbs to go!
Fall 2009, ~200lbs
Last summer, ~180lbs
Now, 150lbs. No clue why I closed my eyes.
