Today I'm down to 164lbs, which is just, by a fraction, into "overweight" for my height (5'2") and age (60) and gender (F)!!!!
BMI 29.9 from 43.5.
74lbs lost.

Good for you! That's a nice feeling to leave the obese category! I aim to surprise my doctors when I have my next physical, I won't be out of obese, but working my way down - perhaps that will be a mini-goal for you. Keep up the good work!
