So one of my biggest dysfunctions is not eating regular meals. This leads me to binge eat every 3/5/7 days on takeaway and thus end up putting on weight.
Today I reached 3 weeks of eating regularly and on top of that I've lost 2lbs this week. I've gone from 18st9 to 18st5. It isn't much but it's a start.
