Talking First Mini Goal!
I just started my weight loss journey about 2.5-3 weeks ago. I've just cut out sodas, started getting some very basic exercise, and started tracking my calories with the Lose It app.

Even though I just started, I am already down one pants size. My jeans have been feeling super loose, and today were practically falling off while I ran errands. Stopped by the store where I purchased them, grabbed the next size down, and voila. Perfect fit.

It's only two inches, but they are the first two inches, and I could not be happier!
