I've lost 20 pounds so far and I have another 40 to go. The first 10-15 came with following a typical workout program, but now I'm struggling with some ups and downs. Maybe need to switch it up. I'll try some new things and post on my progress.
Thanks for the nice comments, I'm definitely motivated to make this happen! I've felt uncomfortable about how I look and feel for too long, so I'm making this happen this time!
Yay! Me too! I'm focusing on 10 pounds at a time, so I'm super excited to knock two goals off my list! Keep going! It's worth it! Finally starting to feel better and more optimistic about making this really happen.
