So today was a rough day. I pack some nutritious snacks with me bc I work fairly long days. In the middle of day i was falling asleep and just new I needed coffee or something. However, bc I don't drink coffee, when I say I need coffee, its usually some ridiculous, high calorie, high sugar drink from Starbucks or dunkin donuts. I ended up with a tall skim s'mores Frappuccino. That tiny drink was the same amount of calories as the banana, 2 clementines, and Greek yogurt that I had. Bc I traded off my healthy plethora of snacks for a stupid drink, by the time I was on my way home I was salivating and wanting to stop at every drive thru possible. I made it home but started staring at the pantry and told myself, "I am not working out tonight." I sat on the couch with a bowl of cereal. As I ate it, I decided I am gonna work out. My cereal was about the same amount of calories as my planned dinner so. ....it became dinner and I made it to my crazy aerobics class. Through all the insanity I kept to my 1200 calories and worked out. Doesn't seem like much but it's a mini goal for me bc today could have gone very differently, but I got my sh!t together. Small win.
