Default Not so much a number

1st pic 206ish
2nd pic 183
3rd pic 178 (sorry it's so scantily clad, but I was trying to show the muscle definition)

I'm still in the overweight BMI category! (Lame) However, I feel incredible and tone! Lifting weights are my friend. I feel like they've had a huge impact on my over health, and the scale is no longer really my account of how I'm doing.

Just was hoping to motivate others who are maybe feeling scale frustration. Try taking pics every week or two like I've been. It's definitely helped maintain my motivation.

Pleas don't go by BMI. That is for populations and not for individual people. Go my how you feel and if you really want to know final % body fat, there are places that do it accurately.

Yeah not going by BMI. Originally I had! but too muscular for it to count. Aiming for 20% body fat instead.

I got down to 26% body fat and then it got really tough and I weighed 169 (I'm 5'6.5") I get irritated every time my food counter tells me I have to get down to 159 to be in a normal BMI for my height (and I have my height for 5'7"). BITE ME!!!!

Exercising 6 days a week with cardio and weight training... I can't even imagine getting much leaner, quite honestly.

Doctors told me years and years ago that 165 was a good weight for me. My 10 year old son is built huge and doctors are already telling me not to ever go by BMI charts for him as he's an outlier - while I think Mommy is too!

Yeah it's very frustrating. The new BMI chart only changes numbers slightly, but at least according to it i'm "normal" check it out: http://people.maths.ox.ac.uk/trefethen/bmi_calc.html
