Thumbs up 30 Pounds Down

I'm 30 pounds down as of yesterday and it feels great, I just wish it wouldnt of taken a year to get to a 30 pound loss but oh well I guess.

Way to go
Don't feel bad that it took a year. It's better to have it come off slow; more success keeping it off.
Congratulation and keep up the good work.

Awesome Terra! It's ok it took a year, some people never dedicate themselves like you did. Celebrate it's 30lbs you'll never see again!

Great job Terra! I always try to remind myself that I didn't put this weight on overnight so it's not going to come off overnight.

Great job!!! I know it's frustrating to lose slowly. Instant gratification would be nice, right? But you're doing awesome and remember - not only did you lose 30 pounds, you've also avoided gaining for that whole year which is also worth celebrating.

Congratulations! And you did it at least three times faster than I did, with all my gaining, losing, and fine-tuning. Slow and steady wins the race!

Awesome job Terra! Don't fret too much about the year thing. Slow losses are still losses! You've worked hard to lose that 30lbs, and made changes that can be really difficult to stick to. Don't sell yourself short by comparing your rate of loss versus others, or what you perceived would/should be your rate of loss.

Hey, that is great! Way to go. Don't sweat that it took a year to lose. Just be happy that you lost 30 pounds. Maybe you will be motivated to make the next 30 pounds, if you need to lose 30 more pounds that is, go way faster, Spice up your exercise routine a little to make it more fun and see if that helps!
