1st mini goal

  • Day 1 here! Posting a mini goal to keep me accountable.
    Full goal is 40 (maybe 50 lbs honestly not sure if my body can get that low again).

    Mini goal is 10 lbs in 4 weeks; April 20th.

  • Good luck! My goal is to be below 190. I've been hanging out in the 190's for way too long!
  • Well, you'll either have to do much more than the average amount of exercise or maybe bump your goal down a little? A healthy amount to lose in a week is one pound (if you do really well, maybe 1.5), so you're going quite a whole lot over that.
