Hi Everyone! It has been a long time since Ive posted here. Last year I got to my breaking point at 294.6 lbs. I started calorie counting and giving up foods that I couldnt control myself around. I started working out 5-6 days a week. I am now currently 230 lbs and I feel amazing. 64.6 lb loss and still going.

Id love to help anyone out with questions or help. I have a facebook page for my journey. Look for me Bres tough love weight loss journey.

Hello, I just joined this site and your thread seems very inspirational. I hit the 260 mark after an injury and diagnosed autoimmune disorder. It's cold here in michigan and I work long hours. Exercise is by myself which is lonely but in the country there aren't gyms. Do you walk/exercise outside by yourself or in a gym atmosphere? I'm heading on vacation next month to florida and I'm trying to start walking in this snow without falling and breaking bones again. Did you do it on your own or did you use a buddy system or trainer? Any insights are appreciated. Phyllis
