Down 9lbs. - Preparing For December Mini Goal
Overall, November was a success. My goal was 2lbs. per week, and I'm down 9lbs with 3 days left to go.
Also had a successful Thanksgiving. I had my first sweet drink in 3 weeks and it was iced tea mixed with lemonade (Arnold Palmer), and I only had 1 glass. I cut down on my portions and didn't gorge myself until I was too full to move, like I usually do.
Unfortunately my mom sent home a ton of food for my wife and daughter, so I have to look at it and smell it for the next few days... but on the up side, I can eat turkey sandwiches (without mayo) for lunch, so I'm not going to miss out on everything.
I also downed 1 liter of water to fill me up after I finished my smaller than usual plate. Overall I'm proud of myself, even though I didn't make it to the gym this morning as planned.
December Goal = 8lbs.
I'm going to start off December with a 48 hour juice fast, and start juicing for breakfast. I'm not a big time breakfast eater, so it will be better than oatmeal every day, which I'm tired of already.
I know I'm rambling, but this is the only place I talk about my weight struggle and journey. Hope all of you had a safe and happy Thanksgiving.
