I started mid may and have so far lost 14 pounds. It's a slow process but I am going down at a pretty steady pace of 1.5 pounds a week, so not too bad!
My 2nd mini goal is 145 by mid August...I got to keep up the exercise, sometimes I can't muster enough enthusiasm for it.
Once in awhile, I fantasize about food and having a breakdown, and eating everything in the cupboard...how do you deal with the weak moments?
