Talking Resisted a tempting junk food

Yesterday I was out and wanted a snack. I really wanted French fries. they were tempting me so I went into burger king and was even standing on the line. I came so close to buying them but at the last second I just walked out of there with my head held high. instead, I bought a loose whole wheat roll from a deli for less than 50 cents. compare that to 2.29 for a small order of fries. so I saved money, calories and I resisted a food that I used to label a weakness. Not anymore! I feel so proud of myself!!

The few fleeting moments of pleasure you'd get from eating those fries is nothing compared to how good you feel knowing that you're in control. Way to go!!!
