Default NSV: Sitting in the Lotus Position
Silly, I know, but it's very significant for me to be able to sit like this I loved to sit like this but for so many years I haven't been able to do it because of my weight.
Now I've lost 23 lbs and I happened to do it casually this morning. I was watching T.V and voila! I was able to sit like that and right now I have my laptop on my open legs.

I absolutely love this!

That's excellent. Having our flexibility and full range of movement back is one of the understated benefits of losing weight.

But can i just ask do you mean the full lotus position or do you mean sitting with legs crossed or just folded on the floor.
