That's amazing! Good for you. So, if I can ask, what has helped you stick to your plan? What's the biggest challenge?

Woah, you've lost so much! You look more youthful and im glad you felt good on your vacation. All your hard work and good habots are paying off. I know you'll keep it up because it takes so much willpower and disciplin to get where you are now.

The biggest challenge is that in the beginning especially, I was soooo restrictive with what I ate that any and all social excursions threw me off plan, so it was really hard to find balance between not cheating every weekend, but also not turning down my social life so that I could keep losing.

I'm not going to lie, I had very rapid results at the beginning that kept me going through the early shaky days. Now I weigh every day and I mentally "shop ahead" for clothes, dresses for events etc to keep me motivated to get a size or two down.

Thanks for your kind words everyone! Each and everyone of you helped me get here!

Jane, what a great year this has been for you in so many ways. And it's been through changes that you made! So glad you are feeling great about how this year has gone as you're one of the people that help me stay (get back on!) this trip.

You look fantastic Incredible progress!! Thank you for sharing; it's motivating me to dig in for the long haul. I have only been at it for 5 months and I'm already sick of dieting.
