My first mini goal

  • Hi Everyone!!
    I decided to jump on the scale today only after 4 complete days of changing my eating habits and walking 3.5 miles daily I have gone down 3 pounds. I am so excited. I know its not much but just seeing thise numbers go down are encouraging. I have set my first mini goal of getting down to 199. I dont want to see my weight starting with a 2.
    So first day of my mini goal challenge and here we go. Wish me luck!!
  • WooHoo! Congrats! 3 pounds is wonderful. I know it came through lots of hard work, keep it up, I know you will see that 199 before you know it.

    I told myself the other day that I am not going to focus on where I want to be, but what I have accomplished, even if that accomplishment is only a couple ozs...or staying at the same weight and not gaining. I have trouble with patients when it comes to weight loss. I am trying very hard to adjust my thoughts. Weight loss is tough, very tough and will take a long time to reach goal. The good thing is all of us are getting healthier and healthier with each pound (or oz) lost.
