Default Down 20 pounds
I am so proud of my of myself. I lost 20 pounds. Just from cutting my portions in half. I no longer have seconds. I now love going to the gym. I also go to a Nutritionist. I started on Jan 28th. My mini goal is 25 pounds.

What a great day. People are finally noticing my 20 pound weight loss. At least 5 people came up to me and told me I look great. What a great feeling.
