I had my 2nd baby a month ago and I'm breastfeeding so not "dieting" yet but using portion control, keeping track using MyFitnessPal app on my droid phone and limiting junk food.
I'm down 30lbs and also reached a five pound goal today!
I'm more than halfway to my final goal of 168lbs aka healthy bmi. :-)
I bought myself a bunch of knitting tools to reward myself.
WOW! You're doing this and a new baby. Now you are one committed Momma, but it does prove that eating wisely and in a healthy manner can be done. Good for you and congrats on your newest addition to your family.
