Finally! To the 140s!


  • This morning I made it down to 149.6. I know it's just barely there, but it's THERE! I have to say, I feel very proud and excited. I'd been stuck for a while in the low 150s, and ever since I decided to really kick this back into high gear, the scale's just been sloooowly going down.
    Yesterday was 150.0 and I was so excited by that I walked for 3.5 hours (sore from a run a few days before). The biggest I'd gotten was probably somewhere around 180, though I never weighed myself during that period--didn't want to know. But I see pictures. I didn't think I'd gotten that big. I'm planning on posting pictures, but I'm going to wait a few more mini-goals.
    YAY!! Now to just have more awesome days and I will soon reach my next mini-goal of 130!

  • Thanks! I'm trying to plan out my exercise for the day. I just started using trackmywalk etc, and I'm really liking it! It feels great to see the mileage!
