I'm so excited to show everyone my progress so far. I started my journey July 28,2012. I weighed 310lbs. As of today December 7,2012 I weigh 233lbs. I was 26/28 then,now I'm size 18 to 20.:carrot: I can't wait for the last 93lbs to come off.

140 is the lower end for a large frame women. You make a good point...I might have to reconsider once I get closer to where I wanna be.
