I checked this morning and I'm down another 2 lbs which means I've not only met my second goal but I'm out of the 230's!!!!!! I am so excited to see my hard work has been paying off.
June and July were not easy months for me. I would lose some weight, gain it back, rinse and repeat. Thanks to this website, August has been great and have been consistently dropping 1 - 2 lbs per week. This past week I've even lost 4 lbs.
The most eye opening experience I've had so far was picking up a 25 lb bag of soil for the garden yesterday. I couldn't help but to think a few months ago I was carrying around that much weight in excess fat everyday.
Can I drop another 20 - 25 lbs. by Thanksgiving? I'm not trying to make this a race and trying to keep my weight loss slow and steady, but I would be lying if I said I'm not going to try.
