Down 30 pounds from last fall!

  • I've been around 155 for the past few days so I'd safely say that I weigh around that now!

    In the picture last fall I was 186.

    My challenge this upcoming fall is to maintain my weight. This summer I am working 6-8 hours a day doing groundskeeping (gardening) so I will not have that source of exercise in the fall (going to school!).

    But for now, I am set with exercise!

  • Whooo, me to. Only in the past couple of weeks I've started appreciating the difference.
    I agree with above, maintaining is so good for your body and good practice for when you hit your goal weight.
