Those ARE huge victories. My enemy is Taco Bell...so rejecting something from them after fooling myself for years saying "Oh, I'll just get ONE burrito so I'm still "on plan"" was definitely a memorable moment.

Also 35 minutes sounds like hours to me staying on an elliptical. I do 5 minutes and get bored!

Well done you! My really bad one Is dominos I actually love it! And it always seems to be when I'm having a bad day they text me to say theyv got some sort of deal on haha so far I've resisted although if it was right in front if my face I'm not so sure that's my next task lol

With the cross trainer what I do is pick really good songs then every time a brilliant want comes on I'm like wooo I like this one I'll stay for one more song and keep going that way!

Music is important in my workouts as well. If the music is up beat it makes me want to work out longer and I push myself. Funny thing music helps with housework too must just be my love of music.

Yeah im the same I think some people underestimate how important music or at least some kind of other stimulation when your exercising I definetly couldn't do as much as I do without it! X
