I just started the green coffee bean extract I have heard very good things about this so I'm looking forward to taking this its only been 2 days twice a day I was curious if anyone has hurd anything about this I want to lose 100lbs I need help I came across this website today for support and any ideas I can get

I've heard of it as well. One of my co-workers is going to start taking it. I can't have it though. I'm allergic to caffeine and there's caffeine in coffee. I wish you the best! Hope it works for you!
